Join me for an evening of rest, relaxation and sound healing at Aya Yoga Oasis in Burien.

You’ll be guided through a deep sound journey—blending restorative yoga and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls designed to move you into the meditative “theta state” so that your central nervous system can relax, and your body can release tension.

The experience will begin with breathwork and very gentle movement to prepare the body and mind, followed by the sound immersion where you will be bathed in sound waves while comfortably lying in restorative shapes supported by all the props.
