Join me for an afternoon of internal system rejuvenation - exploring Myofascial Release (MFR). MFR combined with mindfulness is one of the most effective and accessible tools for de-stressing and hydrating your incredibly resilient connective tissue (fascia) and dissolving overwhelm in the nervous system. During this 90-minute workshop, you'll work with MFR balls to incorporate self massage, release common trigger points in the body, and explore the effects of acupressure points through a curious sense of mindfulness.Enjoy the many healing benefits of this practice including:
