2. Cabins and Shared Rooms (3-4 people) - Early Bird Rate: $1,100 | Regular: $1,300
3. Offsite/Camping - Early Bird Rate: $700 | Regular: $800
Pricing is per person: Non-refundable $500 deposit* required to reserve your spot (paid here or via venmo @mckenzieriepen).
Early-bird: Save on early-bird pricing before January 1, 2027. Full payment due by June 20, 2027 via Venmo or Zelle.
Shared Rooms: The majority of rooms are shared. Please email McKenzie your preferred room type (option 1, 2, or 3) and/or roommate request upon paying your deposit.
The *deposit reserves your space and covers admin costs and retreat center rental fees. If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, your payment (excluding the deposit) will be paid back in full.

Through movement, meditation, reflection, and community, you'll be supported in remembering who you are beneath the roles you carry.
Each day begins with energizing yoga and mindful practices designed to awaken the body and cultivate presence. Evenings invite deep restoration through restorative yoga, sound healing, meditation, and myofascial release, allowing your nervous system to unwind and your body to fully receive.

All levels are welcome. Our practices take place in the light-filled Marsh House on the sacred land of Aldermarsh with expansive windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. Between sessions, enjoy wandering the five-acre retreat property, relax in the outdoor sauna or Japanese soaking tub, explore the island, or simply rest.
