Learn how to salute the sun with intention. In most vinyasa yoga classes, sun salutations are used to warm up the body, but the class pace doesn’t always allow for complete explanation or intention behind these transformational movements.
During this online, all-levels workshop, we will:
break down the alignment including modifications for each posture in sun salutations with an emphasis on chaturanga dandasana
explore mindful transitions, syncing breath with movement
Access these postures safely without straining the shoulders, wrists, neck, and lower back
Whether you’re newer to the practice or want to refine your vinyasa, this will be a great time to move, breathe, and support an incredible cause!
